JobDescription:

Max Aircon Pvt.Ltd. a leading HVAC solutions provider based in Pune is seeking ahighly skilled and experienced HVAC Project Manager to join ourteam. As an HVAC Project Manager you will be responsible foroverseeing and managing HVAC projects from inception to completion.Your role will involve coordination with clients engineerssubcontractors and internal teams to ensure successful projectdelivery within budget and onschedule.

KeyResponsibilities:

1.Project Planning:Develop detailed project plans including timelinesresources and budgets in collaboration with the engineering anddesign teams.

2.Client Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for clientsproviding regular updates on project progress addressing concernsand ensuring clientsatisfaction.

3.TeamManagement:Lead and manage a team of HVAC engineers techniciansand subcontractors assigning tasks monitoring performance andproviding guidance asneeded.

4.Budget and CostControl: Monitor project budgetstrack expenses and implement costcontrol measures to ensureprojects are completed within budgetaryconstraints.

5.Quality Assurance:Implement quality control measures to ensure that HVACsystems meet industry standards and clientspecifications.

6.Compliance andRegulations: Ensure all HVACprojects comply with relevant codes regulations and safetystandards maintaining necessary documentation andpermits.

7.Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigationstrategies to minimize disruptions and ensure projectsuccess.

8.Procurement:Coordinate with procurement teams to source materialsequipment and subcontractor services required for projectexecution.

9.Reporting:Prepare and present regular project status reportsincluding progress updates financials and key performanceindicators to stakeholders and seniormanagement.

10.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvementefficiency enhancements and costsaving measures within the HVACproject managementframework.

Qualifications andSkills:

1. Bachelors degreein Mechanical Engineering or relatedfield.

2. Minimum 10 years ofexperience in the HVAC industry with at least 5 years in a projectmanagement role.

3. Proven trackrecord of successfully managing HVAC projects from start tofinish.

4. Strong technical knowledgeof HVAC systems equipment and installationpractices.

5. Excellent leadershipcommunication and interpersonalskills.

6. Proficiency in projectmanagement tools and software.

7.Ability to work under pressure multitasks and prioritizes taskseffectively.

8. Knowledge of localbuilding codes regulations and industrystandards.

9. Certification in projectmanagement (e.g. PMP) is preferred but notmandatory.

10. Experience working withcommercial and industrial HVAC projects is aplus.
