Job Overview


We are seeking a Trainer to join our team at Touchstone Educationals LLP in Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our students who are preparing for the IELTS exam. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with less than 1 year of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Passion for teaching and ability to inspire and motivate students
  • Strong understanding of the IELTS exam format and scoring criteria
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
  • Good organizational and time management skills

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to students preparing for the IELTS exam
  • Create lesson plans, study materials, and assessments to facilitate effective learning
  • Assess the progress of students and provide constructive feedback to help them improve
  • Identify individual learning needs and adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles
  • Encourage student participation and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and resources in IELTS preparation
  • Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance the training program
  • Participate in educational conferences, workshops, and training sessions to enhance professional development
