Job Role:

  1. Lead the Service Team.
  2. Ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance(KYC, AML)
  3. To co-ordinate the audit of the branch
  4. Ensuring service excellence to enhance portfolio, control retention and better cross-selling of banking product
  5. Authorize and check RO / SO entries
  6. Check end products
  7. Check vouchers to clear transactions of Rs. 10 lakhs & above
  8. Vault / Key custodian
