Join our Infra product Group us as a Senior Program Manager for our team in our Bangalore, India office.
In our Infrastructure management product line, we develop the world's best products for managing applications and infrastructure at scale. We work with the latest in cloud and container technologies and have the opportunity not just to follow, but to shape best practices. Our platform is used to enable billions of people around the world to chat, fly, present, bank, game, shop, and learn. Chances are good that the applications and devices you use every day to have infrastructure built, deployed, secured, and run with our code.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the SAFe planning and execution and tracking end-to-end for PIs Help on programs that cut across teams and cross-functional teams The Program manager will work closely with Engineering leadership to ensure product outcomes are achieved They will assist with organizing action items from key Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-up meetings, backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews/demos and sprint retrospectives Continuously seek to improve team performance by promoting joint accountability for results and solving productivity issues Assist with identifying and removing obstacles within the product team Assist the product team to become a self-organized, cross-functional and highly efficient team that delivers high-quality products Facilitate documenting and executing the team's continuous improvement plan Clarify deliverables and assignments and remove impediments Provide leadership with metrics necessary to make decisionsWho You Are:
Experience/ knowledge working in DevOps / DevSecOps/ enterprise software field of business Experience with Scrum & Agile related experience. Agile Practices (Agile Processes (SAFe / Scrum / Kanban) Experience facilitating and delivering projects at technology companies Ability to balance multiple projects at a time and communicate ideas and information both verbally and in writing Knowledge of basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures Understanding of incremental delivery and the value of metrics Strong communication skillsWhat we offer in return is the opportunity to join a talented team of bright and nice people and to also enjoy:
