Job Description:

Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.

Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.

Verify compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import/export laws and regulations.

Handle communication with government agencies for permits and approvals.

Resolve shipping discrepancies and address customs-related issues.

Track and report shipment status to relevant stakeholders.

Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation filing.

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Stay informed about changes in trade policies and tariffs.
