Responsibilities:

●Interpret laws, rulings and regulations of intellectualproperty

●Strong knowledge in IP laws (Patent, Trademark, Design,Copyright) of

various jurisdiction

●Creation of docketing and renewal activities based on theIP law of respective jurisdiction

●Tracking of IP law updates and providing inputs to the ruleengine

●Tracking of fee updates and provide inputs to fee engine

●Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to countrylaw or database

anomalies

●Knowledge in annuity, trademark payment will be addedadvantage

●Knowledge in docketing of office actions

●Ensuring deadlines are met and follow-up with stakeholderson

commitments

●Outstanding communication skills with the ability tosimplify complex information

●Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and researchskills

●Natural leader who displays sound judgment and attention todetail

●Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

●Ability to work with product development team and supportteam

Requirements

Educational Qualifications : LL.B./LL.M. degree, withSpecialization or Certificate in Intellectual property
