Job title: HR Generalist

Job function and sub function: Human Resource

Position summary:

HR Admin expert with end to end knowledge of Factory Administration, Facility Management, and related compliances as well

will be responsible for smooth operation of plant admin

Reports to (role): HR Manager

Team size (Direct and total): 2

Works closely with: CFT

Location: CA Chakan

Key responsibilities:

End to end responsible for smooth operation for Canteen, Transport, Security, House keeping, Travel booking, mobile/phone, stationary, Employee engagement, CSR, etc. Annual Admin / HR budgeting Realtime MIS for all activities Plant 5S, TPM implementation and improvement. Employee grievance redressal. Initiate and monitor improvement initiative for cost saving, service improvement etc. Implement continues improvement projects, energy conservation projects. Manage and review performance data to measure performance of all vendors and goal achievement. Managing Industrial relations with unionized manpower.

Ideal candidate experience:

8-10 years’ experience of working with in HR/Admin department within a manufacturing/industrial environment

Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional):

Hands-on experience of Admin, HR, IR role Hands on experience in working with high manpower companies with multi plants setup. Expertise in Mechanical maintenance of CNC bending machines, Pneumatic presses Should physically and mentally strong enough to work under pressure Ability to work in team. Lead, develop and support the team

Qualifications/ certifications:

MBA HR / MPM / BBA
