  • RoadmapPlanning: Develop and communicate acomprehensive product roadmap outlining key milestones andtimelines for productreleases.

  • UserExperience: Work closely with UX/UI teamsto create intuitive and userfriendly interfaces enhancing theoverall user experience for businesscustomers.

  • StakeholderCollaboration: Engage with internal andexternal stakeholders to gather feedback address concerns andensure alignment between product development and businessobjectives.

  • RiskManagement: Understand and mitigatepotential risks associated with product development compliance andmarket changes in the B2B financiallandscape.

  • Metricsand Analytics: Define key performanceindicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze product performance makingdatadriven decisions to optimize product features and userengagement.

Qualifications:

  • 8years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the B2Bfinancial servicessector.

  • Strongunderstanding of financial products andservices.

  • Excellentcommunication and collaborationskills.

  • Demonstratedability to translate complex technical concepts into simpleunderstandablelanguage.

  • Experiencein the implementation of integrations with internal and 3rd partyclientsystems

  • Experiencewith agile developmentmethodologies.
