KeyResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning &: Develop and implementcomprehensive marketing strategies aimed at corporate clientsfocusing on SaaS travel solutions. Lead thedevelopment of marketing plans including demand generation leadnurturing and customer retention strategies.Align marketing initiatives with the overall business objectives ofensuring a cohesive approach across all corporatesegments. CampaignManagement: Design and managemultichannel marketing campaigns that target corporate clientsincluding digital marketing content marketing email marketing andevents. Optimise campaigns for maximum ROIusing datadriven insights to refine targeting andmessaging. Collaborate with the sales teamto create and execute accountbased marketing (ABM)strategies. Brand Positioning& Messaging: Ensureconsistent and compelling brand messaging across all corporatemarketing materials. Develop and refine thevalue proposition for corporate travel solutions highlighting thebenefits of our SaaS offerings. Work closelywith the communications and branding teams to maintain alignment inbrand positioning.Partnerships &Alliances: Identify andestablish strategic partnerships with SaaS providers traveltechnology platforms and corporate clients to enhance serviceofferings. Manage relationships with keystakeholders ensuring collaboration and mutual benefit in marketinginitiatives. PerformanceMonitoring &Reporting: Track and analysethe performance of corporate marketing initiatives using keymetrics to assess effectiveness and drive continuousimprovement. Prepare regular reports forsenior management providing insights and recommendations based onmarketing data and trends.Team Leadership &Development: Lead and mentora team of marketing professionals fostering a culture of creativitycollaboration and excellence. Provideongoing training and development opportunities to ensure the teamstays updated with the latest marketing trends andtechnologies.Qualifications& Skills MBA from aTier 1 college. 810 years of experience inmarketing with a strong focus on SaaS and B2Bmarketing. Proven track record in developingand executing successful marketing strategies for corporateclients. Experience in the travel industryor related sectors is highly desirable.Strong understanding of SaaS products and the ability tocommunicate their value to corporateclients. Excellent leadership and teammanagement skills with the ability to inspire and driveperformance. Exceptional communication andpresentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders atall levels. Proficiency in digital marketingtools and platforms including CRM marketing automation andanalytics software.
