Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct comprehensive technicalinterviews and assessments for load testing positions focusing onevaluating candidates skills in performance and loadtesting.
  • Develop and continuouslyupdate assessment criteria and interview questions to reflect thelatest trends and best practices in loadtesting.
  • Collaborate closely withHR and QA teams to understand complex role requirements desiredskills and team dynamics tailoring assessmentsaccordingly.

  • Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provideconstructive feedback.
  • Extensiveexperience designing advanced technical assessments and conductingtechnical interviews.
  • Uptodateknowledge of the latest load testing trends andtechnologies.
  • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
