We are seeking a skilled Oracle Flexcube Developer to join our team, responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Flexcube solutions aligned with business requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Flexcube development and customization, along with strong knowledge of Oracle Flexcube architecture and modules.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Flexcube development and customization, with specific experience ranging between 5 and 8 years in the Banking domain.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Flexcube architecture and modules, including domain expertise in CIF, CASA, RT, FT, PC, FX, MM, NR, DE, Origination, CL, Cheque Clearing CTS, and USSD Payments.
Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL programming, with solid experience in SQL & PL/SQL.
Experience in system integration and data migration, with sound knowledge in banking terminologies like Swift, RTGS, FX Rate, etc.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience in client and end-user interactions related to problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Oracle Flexcube or related technologies.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience with client and end-user interactions related to problem-solving.
