Companyis looking for a creative compassionate Senior Fullstack Engineer(with React as front end) who wants to apply their love for designand technology to positively affect the lives of others. SeniorEngineers are leaders within the team the organization and arepolyglots. They have worked in various tech stacks likeMERN K8s and Dockerbut have focused on Reactframework. You will be joining on the ground floor and helping tobuild our engineering team in India. Our products are used byorganizations all over the world and we are poised to keep growingourfootprint.

Youwill be a senior engineer on a modern full stackReact GraphQL and Nodeapplication with a highlycollaborative team. You will be responsible for new feature designand implementation project leadership and mentoring roles. You willalso be making continuous improvements to the design andperformance of an existing large and complex application. You willbe responsible to take the team along and hence it is veryimportant to demonstrate emotional stability in a collaborativeteam building the team from ground up for ourCompany.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Joinvideo conferencing calls with the product team in requirementsgathering and feature enhancementdiscussions.
BuildMaintain and enhance our SaaSproduct.
Participatein sprint planning ensuring effective decomposition of epics anduser stories into estimated tasks and subtasks with clearly definedowners.
Participatein agile stand ups and retrospectives. Proactively help and supportcolleagues remove impediments and continuously improve teamproductivity andsatisfaction.
Conduct codereviews and ensure a qualitycentric team approach todevelopment.



Requirements


MUSTHAVES:

Youare excited to work on a modern full stackReact/Node/Mongoapplication and 12 years oftotal handson experience with a mix of mentoring and handling teamoperations.

Strongto expertlevel knowledge ofJavaScript.

Youcan handle the entire software development life cycle end toend.

Youhave excellent communication skills. Excellent spoken and writtenEnglish.

Strongorganizational skills and a detailsoriented meticulous work ethic.Ability to takethe team along and get the work delivered withintimelines.

Agood instinct for business and commercial value versus developmenteffort.

Youcan self manage yourprojects.

Youlead others and others look to you forguidance.

Youhave strong knowledge ofdatabases (SQL and NoSQLbased).

Youcare deeply about software quality andtesting.

NICETOHAVES:

Youhave strong and up to date HTMLCSS and Javascriptskills

Experiencewith progressive web app development including install promptscustom service workers caching of static resources and requestsofflinecapabilities.
