JobDescription :Toformulate Sales strategies to:(a) Drive top linegrowth in domestic and prepare innovative plans to achieve highervaluerealisation(b) Forbrand management evaluation and market promotion strategies forvarious existing / newproducts.1. Developsales plans strategies and policies with a view to increase/sustainmarket share andprofitability.2.Have effective implementation and monitoring mechanism to ensureachievement of the Sales plans andstrategies.3.Formulate policies and guidelines for smooth functioning andsatisfaction of channel partners like dealers distributors andstockiest.4. Scanthe environment to understand competitors activities demand supplyscenario regulatory issues to formulate strategies for increasingmarket share.5.Ensure an increased market share and profitability by facilitatingmarket development brand management and business development.6. Continuouslymonitor the pricing patterns within the market checking the pricesfor the desired products regularly concerning their competitivenessand value as perceived by the customers deciding upon pricing fromtime to time on a need basis to ensure the products are sold withhighest recoveriespossible7. Initiatemarket intelligence system to provide monthly information to TopManagement on potential data competitors activities new productopportunities and other environmentalchanges.8. Evolvepolicies for establishing a robust field force monitoring andpeople management relationship management system to increase fieldforce satisfaction and portfoliogrowth.9. Managingthe complete sales cycle from business development and customeracquisition to receipt ofpayments.
