Role andResponsibilities

As an HRrecruiter at Xponent n Services your responsibilities willinclude:

• Collaborating with hiring managers toidentify staffing needs and understand jobrequirements
• Sourcing potential candidatesthrough various channels including job portals social media andprofessional networks
• Conducting prescreeninginterviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for specificroles
• Managing the endtoend recruitment processincluding resume screening conducting interviews and coordinatingwith candidates for furtherassessments
• Building and maintaining a strongcandidate network by proactively engaging with potential candidatesand maintaining relationships with existingcandidates
• Staying uptodate with industrytrends and best practices in recruitment to ensure effective talentacquisition strategies
• Meeting individual andteam targets to ensure timely and efficient recruitmentdelivery
• Handling recruitmentrelateddocumentation and maintaining accurate candidate records in theapplicant trackingsystem

CandidateQualifications

• Proven experience as an HRrecruiter or in a similar role
• Demonstratedability to handle bulk hiring and targetorientedrecruitment
