Graebel is looking for a Quality Control Analyst provides administrative support to the Client Financial Services department. Must be subject matter experts for all of finance (billing/expense/vendor audit/revenue). Must interpret client policies to successfully validate the transactions entered by the finance teams.

 

PRINCIPAL/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Compile documentation and banking information for manual payment requests to Treasury. Ensure accuracy and data integrity in regards to the payment banking details.

·       Manage the client paid process to track all travel expenses for the clients. Assist with client implementations to ensure tracking is set up accurately during initiation.

·       Gain an understanding of multiple business lines to aid in research and resolve unreconciled billing entries within established guidelines. Guide employees with process inquiries to assist with escalation resolution.

·       Liase with managers to determine training needs: Design and Implement new hire training and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the Client Finance Team.

·       Run, format, and distribute daily/weekly department reporting related to daily audits, voucher status, etc. and reports findings to the management team. Connects with magement on items that are not reconciled timely.

·       Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested. 

 

Education:

·       High school diploma or equivalent required. 
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred.
Three (3) years of relevant experience acceptable in lieu of formal education.

 

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE

·       One (1) - three (3) years of relevant experience preferred.

·       Previous experience as a Quality Control Analyst 1 required.

·       Requires proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.  

·       Equus software knowledge preferred (ReloAdvantage or GlobalPro)
