Position Name: TPRM Associate
Description
YASH is a Digital services enabler organization delivering vast portfolio of digital services to customers across the globe. Our topline services include Cybersecurity services. We are looking for a candidate with strong Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) experience. This role will be part of vibrant YASH’s Cybersecurity – ISMS consulting services team.
The Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) is a hands-on, primarily technical & consulting position in a very multicultural environment which supports diversity, continuous learning, enhancing skillsets and collaboration.
The Candidate provides tactical technical expertise TPRM processes.

Skills Required:
Strong hands on Third Party Risk Management Experience, Extensive onboarding experience and documentation skills, Background on ISO27001 & GRC is a value additon,Working knowledge:
Perform day-to-day responsibilities of the TPRM program, handling of requests for new third parties, onboarding tasks, gathering documentation associated with due diligence and maintaining the TPRM database, Perform risk assessment on new and existing third parties for maintain TPRM database to ensure contact information, products and services, Monitor third-party tasks using dashboards to ensure that the tasks are completed within the specific timeframes, Identifies security and continuity risks with third party relationships and escalates as appropriate to business and risk stakeholders, InfoSec consults on TechPass and Infosec assessment responses and provides needed follow up questions or requests for evidence like ISO27001, Pen tests, GRC checklist, Defines and delivers appropriate GRC metrics, analytics, and scorecards, Review of contracts in the Icertis portal and approve/reject it if it doesn’t follow client cyber security addendum, Review the scorecard of the vendor associated with origination. Update the risk and compliance according to score card report. Schedule the meeting with Critical risk vendor to understand the litigation and action need to needed for the risk, Establish and manage business reviews with critical vendors in coordination with Procurement and other key stakeholders, Structure and arrange key meetings with vendors and key stakeholders covering the capacity relating to operations. Develop agenda items, communicate, and document action items.Other requirements:
Travel will be required on need basis, You will be working during client business hours based on the project you will be allocated into, Office reporting is flexible and encourage hybrid working for this role.
