Job Responsibilities:

The incumbement willbe responsible for:

  • Planningmonitoring and facilitating the implementation of all agridevelopment programs in the division and to liaison with variousGovernment and nonGovernmental organization for maximizing benefitto the Company.
  • Evolving strategies for theeffective development and supply of agri products to thefactories
  • Increase productivity (yield perhectare) and improving the quality
  • Effectiveliaison with State and National level Research Stations forsourcing best and proven agronomic practices. Resolve the pendingissues / obtain necessary approvals from Government and nonGovernment organizations through effective liaison.
  • Fix purchase price through discussion and appraisal ofthe entire position to the farmers/ growers and determining theprice paying capacity based on market price
  • Monitors and reviews regularly the performance of thebudgeted targets of agri operations department.
  • Play a key role in establishing effective network withinthe industry and in liasoning with Government both State and Centreand State and National level
  • Relationshipbuilding with local political circle bureaucrats opinion makers andtouch base with environment.
  • Develop goodfield force for executing the activity plan on time.
  • Work for identifying suitability implementing andarranging required farm machineries for both major and minor farmactivities
  • Identify irrigation projects incoordination with local team and Government.
  • Retain farmers/ growers permanently with our businesswork in coordination with R&D team and with researchstations universities for farm productivity and improve theeconomic levels of farmers/growers
  • Focus anddevelop Systems and procedures in robust manner. Create propercontrols checks & balances


CandidateRequirement:


  • Looking atcandidates with 20 years of experience in Agri Industry withexcellent farmer connects.
  • Education: MBA fromPremier Institutes / M.Sc. Agri
