About theRole

Supervision of the teamtasked with ensuring vehicle compliance insurance and maintenancerequirements are in place per local market in order to keep Moovevehicles moving safely.

What youllbe doing

  • Ownclaims management.

  • Analyserisks associated withpolicies.

  • ImplementingInsurance maintenance and qualityprocedures.

  • Support withregular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolveproblems.

  • Ensure alldepartment workers adhere to the safety policies andprocedures.

  • Ensure adherenceto health and safety guidelines as well as legalobligations.

  • Inspect finaloutput and compare properties torequirements.

  • Maintenance ofaccurate documentation and perform statisticalanalysis.

  • Solicit feedbackfrom customers to assess whether their requirements aremet.

  • Be on the lookout foropportunities for improvement and develop new efficientprocedures.

  • Track theprogress of the rollout of fleet in the market in terms oftelematics fitment swag and overall vehicle readiness for hand overto client

  • Ensure that allsystems are fully updated with vehicle information and detailsincluding but not limited to internal VMS Telematics systems andUber systems

  • Communicatewith team members and managers both verbally and written on theprogress of Fleetrollout.

  • Utilize Google Docsand Sheets in many areas of your work withease.

  • Be serviceorientedwith a positive attitude interest in learning technically savvy andflexible.

  • Ensure that allpermits are appropriately actioned on all vehicles and renewed asrequired in the respectivemarkets.

  • Ensure that allregulatory and traffic infringements are assigned to the respectivedrivers.

  • Follow Up daily oncars that are inrepairs.

  • Ensure thatvehicles are inspected and serviced in accordance with OEM andMoove policies

  • Ensure thatall traffic fines and other driverrelated infringements areassigned to the drivers or appropriatelydeducted

  • Daily weekly andmonthly managementreporting

  • Adhoc tasksassignments investigations and solutions as required byManagement.

Whatyou will need for thisposition

  • Bachelorsdegree in business administration facility management or similarfield is preferred and experience as qualitymanager

  • Good understandingof insurance management requirements anddynamics

  • Degree in BusinessManagement orequivalent.

  • Superior verbaland written communicationskills.

  • Ability to multitaskmeet deadlines as well as take on additional responsibilities asassigned.

  • Technically savvy:Google Suites anddatabases

  • Strong businesswriting and speakingskills

  • Selfstarter abilityto work independently and manage prioritieseffectively

  • Attention toDetail.
