Roles and Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Manage and update customer database in the CRM system
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports
  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads and market trends
  • Assist in organizing sales and marketing events
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
