Overview:As an AJODeveloper you will play a crucial role in designing developing andmaintaining highquality software solutions for our organizationsAJO (Active Job Opening) platform. You will collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to create scalable and efficient code whileensuring the platforms reliability andperformance.KeyResponsibilities:

• Participate in theentire application lifecycle focusing on coding anddebugging
• Develop highquality software designand architecture
• Integrate software componentsand thirdparty programs
• Verify and deployprograms and systems
• Troubleshoot debug andupgrade existing software
• Create technicaldocumentation for reference andreporting
• Collaborate with internal teams tofix and improve software
• Work on bug fixing andimproving application performance
• Implementsecurity and data protection
• Write cleanscalable code using Java programminglanguages
• Test and deploy applications andsystems
• Revise update refactor and debugcode
• Develop documentation throughout thesoftware development life cycle
• Ensure softwareis uptodate with the latest technologies
• Stayup to date with the latest industry trends in softwaredevelopment

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inComputer Science or a related field
• Provenexperience as a Java Developer or similarrole
• Experience with SpringFramework
• Handson experience in designing anddeveloping applications using Java EEplatforms
• Objectoriented analysis and designusing common design patterns
• Profound insightof Java and JEE internals (Classloading Memory ManagementTransaction management etc.)
• Excellentknowledge of Relational Databases SQL and ORMtechnologies
• Experience in developing webapplications using at least one popular webframework
• Experience with testdrivendevelopment
• Knowledge of RESTfulAPIs
• Understanding of Agilemethodologies
• Experience with development toolssuch as Git Maven and Jenkins
• Ability to workin a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Strongproblemsolving skills and attention todetail
• Effective communication skills andability to work in ateam
