*Collaborate with Business and Technology Stakeholders to architect and deploy storage solutions that align with organizational requirements, strategic objectives, and budgetary constraints.
*Monitor technological advancements and latest industry trends to influence company standards. Recommends and implement improvements to enhance storage efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
*Ensure ongoing enhancement and maintenance of storage solutions through rigorous product management practices. This involves delivering strategic recommendations for investing in new technologies or decommissioning obsolete storage systems.
*Serves as the Subject Matter Expert in storage performance, ensuring storage systems operate at peak efficiency to enhance customer experience.
*Ensure that storage solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and enforce storage policies and best practices.
*Collaborate with IT teams to integrate storage solutions with various systems and applications. Deliver technical support and guidance to address and resolve storage-related issues.
*Lead and manage storage-related projects, for initial planning through to implementation and review.
*Maintain detailed documentation of storage configurations, processes, and procedures. Generate reports on storage performance, capacity, and utilization for management review.
*Proven ability to lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

*8+ years of extensive experience in storage engineering with a strong background in designing, configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting storage systems.
*5+ years of experience in managing storage-related projects, including planning, execution, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
*5+ years of experience in analyzing and optimizing storge performance to resolve technical issues.
*3+ years of experience in VMware and vROPS
*2+ years of experience in Windows, Linux, and AIX operating systems.
*2+ years of experience in cloud storage.
