We are currently hiring for a Lead Designer to join our team Remotely

Job Description:

Job function: Art/CreativeDesign

Responsibilities

●     Manage end-to-end development and team operations; handle design processes and related tools proactively engaging manager and stakeholders.

●     Identify improvements to processes and contribute to root cause analysis, with a focus.

●     Assist in the implementation of new design processes to support business initiatives.

●     Initiate collaboration with peers, partners, and stakeholders to ensure high quality.

●     Regularly communicate to internal /external stakeholders with a data-driven approach/design rationale, and resolve issues with minimal guidance.

Skills

●     Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Flash/Animate, After effects, Premier, Adobe XD/Invision, 3D and rapid development tools like Articulate, Captivate and others etc

●     Good leadership and strong communication skills : English language knowledge, verbal and written both

●     Training and mentoring other visual design team members

●     The ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

●     Proficiency in designing tools and knowledge of various platforms (desktop and mobile) is required

 

Qualification and Experience

 

●     Design degree (BFA/MFA) or equivalent field

●     Should have experience specifically working in K12 publishing industries and should be acumen with the subject

●     Diploma/certification in Web Designing or Multimedia.

●     Experience in the eLearning industry experience or related creative discipline.
