  • Superviseand train maintenance technicians to ensure adherence to safetyprotocols and efficient workpractices.
  • Overseethe implementation of preventive maintenance measures to extend thelifespan of equipment and reduce repaircosts.
  • Maintainaccurate records of maintenance activities equipment performanceand inventory using Management Information Systems(MIS).
  • Analyzemaintenance data to identify trends areas for improvement andopportunities to enhanceefficiency.
  • Implementand enforce safety procedures to ensure a safe working environmentfor maintenancestaff.
  • Developand execute maintenance schedules for plant equipment utilities andmachinery to ensure optimalperformance.

  • Strongtechnical knowledge of plant operations utility systems andmachinery.
  • Proficiencyin maintenance planning scheduling andexecution.

SalaryRange:3.5 to4.8 LPA (negotiable based on experience andqualifications)
