Must be able to effectively manage people and external agencies. Job responsibilities include to organize and control Shipping Agency Operations activities, co-ordination with principals, capacity allocation to optimize revenue, liasoning with Govt bodies, problem solving, improving operational procedures, service innovation, control of all operations to ensure customer satisfaction, office administrationThe job holder is further expected to effectively manage and provide guidance to the team, with an emphasis on near-zero tolerance for service failures, and accentuating the importance of strict adherence to Samsara’s impeccable service standards, using his best endeavours to maximize the level of efficiency of the port operations and team.The candidate must have excellent presentation and communication skills.
