The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Leading the execution of transactions, including complex deal structuring.
  • Shaping and leading the real estate investment strategy.
  • Assessing opportunities for investment and divestment and managing all aspects of the investment process.
  • Providing clients with research, analysis and advice on complex real estate issues.
  • Building and maintaining a network of clients.
  • Managing a team of 1-5 people.

Ideal Profile

  • You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Luxury and Real Estate.
  • You have solid experience in due dilligence, deal structuring and performance analysis.
  • You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
