Job Description

The person will be responsible for all Sales related. The person should have excellent communications skills, reasonable previous job experience, dynamic, committed, result oriented. People with previous job experience in this field/Showroom will be preferred. The role involves working with the current sales team. To drive sales of our store proactively, successfully driving exceptional levels of service and delivering excellent standards of customer service.


Responsibilities:
  • Tour the sales floor regularly; talk to colleagues and customers; and, identify or resolve urgent issues
  • Manage all staff, including interviewing and hiring; planning, assigning, and directing work
  • Responsible for appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees;
  • Responsible for addressing complaints and resolving problems to ensure courteous, friendly and efficient customer service
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
  • Conduct Daily/weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/ and Annual Meetings with Staff.
  • Responsible for DSR consolidated report to be sent to Directors on daily basis.
  • Report regularly on sales, staff, and other trends to board of directors
  • Responsible for all areas of the store’s operation.
  • Maintain Excellent store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Responsible for complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Provide first class customer experience
  • Carry out stock management and store operation processes to help minimize risk and costs
  • Ensure that adequate inventory levels and effective displays of appealing merchandise are maintained
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
  • Responsible for maximizing sales for the store and across wider channels
  • Continually develop an understanding of the company’s culture, products, ethical initiatives, other areas of the business, and reflect this in everyday performance
  • Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
  • Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
  • Operate till and handle financial transactions.
  • Assist with deliveries and stock handling as directed
  • Plan and manage organizational operating budget
  • Responsible for personal development and actively seek opportunities for improvement.
  • Work and liaise with others agencies and staff, as appropriate, to address any issues that may impact organization.
  • Performs other duties as assigned; e.g. in support of special marketing and growth initiatives
  • Responsible to complete any additional task assigned by the Management.
