Operationalwork
To update the target of sales andquantity of the products in the tracker sheet/system.
Tocheck the quantity and quality of the products and coordinate withthe concerned person for any issues occurred.
Merchandize the products in the stores.
To modify theplace of the low selling products to attract thecustomers.
Handle payment transactions and cashieringprocess.
Raise STO to transfer the stock from one storeto another.
Manage all pickups &delivery.
Provide the customers order to deliveryboy.
Ensure dispatching and shipping of products is metwith customer deadlines.
Maintain and manage customerfiles and databases.
To monitor the RBI (Receiving beincharge) system.
Coordinate and handle the eventprocess in the stores.
Customer Interaction
Keep in depthknowledge of all the products to answer the questions promptly tothe customers.
Provide appropriate service to satisfycustomers.
To handle all incoming customer queries andquestions.
Respond promptly to customerinquiries.
Resolve customer complaints and issuingrefunds as needed.
Keep records of customer interactionscomments and complaints. Interested candidates can share their resumeson /
