Job Description:

7 Yearsin Adobe Campaign The Consultant / Senior Consultant Adobe Campaignis a technical role that requires providing Consulting advice andsupport to Clients for Implementing Adobe Campaign solution and anytechnical advisory required afterwards. This is a clientfacing roleand requires consultant to liaise with the client understand theirtechnical and business requirements and then Implement AdobeCampaign solution in a manner client gets most value out of thesolution. Consultants main objective is to drive successfuldelivery and maintaining a high level of satisfaction for ourcustomer.

ProvideImplementation consultancy Customer Assistance andpostimplementation support to Adobe Campaign clients in theirdeployment and use of Adobe Campaign solution. Specifically (butnot limited to): o Work with Clients to assess requirements oConfigure & Design Adobe Campaign to meet customer businessneeds by understanding their database architecture and settingupETL and dataflows o Configure the Adobe Campaign solution tocustomers requirement including Campaigns setups building web pagesusing Scripting o Develop customer specific solutions wherenecessary and document them o Proactive problem diagnosistroubleshooting and resolution

CreateImplementation plans for new and existing clients

Knowledge transfer/Training to customers on solutionimplemented

Product Installations Upgrades andConfiguration activities

Reporting on projectdelivery to Project Management and Manage projects on your own insmaller projects which dont have dedicated Project Managers

Build great working relationship with OnshoreConsulting team Learn and Adopt best1practices from such teamsglobally

Work closely with the QualityAssurance team to ensure professional delivery of technicalimplementations

Act as a Development leadpoint of contact with Digital Marketing Consultants

Learn multiple Adobe Digital Marketing Solutions andprovide multiproduct Enablement and Integration solutions tostrategic clients

Work with Digital MarketingConsultants to make recommendations in regards to Digital MarketingSuite technical implementations

Supportadditional team members by mentoring and teaching

Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensureprofessional delivery of Business Consulting Service to yourclients Job Responsibilities Expertise and Experience in SQL(Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL)

Programmingexperience (Javascript / Java / VB / C# / PHP)

Knowledge on Web Technologies like HTML CSS would be a plus

Good communication skills to ensure effectivecustomer interactions communications and documentation

Selfstarter Organized and highly motivated

Fast learner ability to learn newtechnologies/languages

Knowledge of HTML DOMmanipulation and page load events a plus

Project Management skills a plus

Ability todevelop creative solutions to problems

Able tomultitask in a dynamic environment

Able to workindependently with minimal supervision

Experience leading team members will be a plus
