ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Finance Induction Session

2. Payroll processing for PAN India and Middle East entities.

a. Validation of inputs shared by HR

b. Review of 1st cut shared by TSR on the basis of inputs shared by HR and Finance.

c. Review of Final SR and preparation/initiation of pay-out

d. Processing of FBP and meal card pay-out

3. Bank reconciliation

4. Accounting

a. Payroll related expense and bank entries to be validated in Oracle

b. Review and upload of payroll JVs in oracle

5 Provisioning of payroll expenses

6 Preparation of variance analysis and GL_SR reconcilation on MOM basis

7 Stautory Compliances pay-out for all the entities

8 FNF review and payment processing

9 Initiation of various payroll and employee reimbursement related pay-out

10 Gratuity processing through trust

11 Credit card payments

12 Travel expense review and settlement payments

13 Employees query and interaction/JIRA

14 Handelling of adhoc Requirements by HR/ inter-teams

15 Adhoc payroll related pay-outs/Receipts along with accounting during the month

18 Handelling and preparation of details for various audits

19 Preparation of balance sheet schedules on monthly basis
