Sales Coordinator

1. To be the central administrative point for compiling and analyzing of Sales & Marketing data (government & private tenders) for internal use - creating reports, dashboards, monitoring and presenting market trends
2. To promote Salesforce data compliance and accuracy in line with Sales handbook - creation and dashboards and reports
3. To be the central administrative point for compiling and analyzing competitor data for internal use – information about their products, performance, strategy, and activities
4. To support the Sales team with preparation of internal and external Sales & Marketing presentations
5. To provide general administrative support and co-ordination to the Sales function
6. Attending customer meetings as required

Key Job Responsibilities

Proactively work with the Sales and Marketing teams to understand market dynamics and analyze the needs of each customer (government & private). Monitor new tender activities for both government and private companies – capture the due dates, tender results and update Sales team. Create reports, dashboards, monitor and present market trends. Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, commercial, marketing, supply chain, and deliveries are handled efficiently. Monitor Salesforce, create dashboard and reports as required by sales team. Maintains accurate customer records including installed base, key contacts, sales figures, customer project status, etc. using sales force system as prescribed by the Company.  Maintain salesforce data compliance and accuracy in line with sales handbook.  Pull and compile information from all external and internal sources globally regarding competitor products, performance, strategy, and their activities.  Actively participate in the OE Sales process and support sales team with preparation of internal and external Sales & Marketing presentation.  Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events. Maintain all sales related documents in electronic form.  Regular structural meeting with Sales team, prepare weekly and monthly market report.  Prepare presentation related to monthly management meetings, townhall meetings. Organize and support customer meetings at the office and other venues as required.  Provide active support in carrying out any special projects entrusted by the management from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Geology / Science. Two or more years of industry experience as a sales coordinator or in administration is preferable. Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations is preferable. Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools.  Excellent soft skills.  Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
