JobResponsibilities

Lead and managethe will and estate planning team ensuring a high standard ofservice delivery and compliance with legal requirements.
Provide expert advice and solutions to clients on all aspects ofwills estate planning trusts and related tax matters.
Develop and implement strategies to grow the department enhanceclient satisfaction and maintain a competitive edge in theindustry.
Stay abreast of legal regulatory and marketchanges affecting estate planning and incorporate necessaryadjustments into service offerings.
Conduct detailedconsultations with clients to understand their estate planningneeds financial goals and family circumstances.
Designand oversee the preparation of customized wills trust documentspowers of attorney and other relevant legal documents.
Coordinate with financial advisors accountants and otherprofessionals to ensure comprehensive estate planningsolutions.
Manage and resolve complex estate planningand provide endtoend solutions to clients.
Mentor anddevelop team members fostering an environment of continuouslearning and professional growth.
