Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team at Esperanza Health Care Services. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our healthcare services. This is a full-time position based in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience and possess strong skills in databases, networking, communication, research, lead generation, proposal writing, creative problem solving, and market research.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities
  • Proven experience in lead generation and proposal writing
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve results
  • Good understanding of databases and networking
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our healthcare services
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the healthcare industry
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and competitors
  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
  • Develop and present proposals to potential clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of business development strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Participate in conferences, trade shows, and other industry events
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and achievements
