This role is essential forsupporting our accounting team and ensuring the accuracy andefficiency of financial operations.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Assist in preparingfinancial statements
  • Perform data entry andadministrative tasks
  • Conduct research onaccounting standards and regulations
  • Assistwith accounts payable and accounts receivableprocesses
  • Support the preparation of taxreturns
  • Participate in financialaudits
  • Collaborate with team members on adhocprojects
  • Utilize accounting software to processtransactions
  • Assist with budgeting andforecasting activities
  • Conduct reconciliationsof accounts
  • Prepare and maintain documentationfor financial transactions
  • Assist in financialanalysis and reporting
  • Learn and applyaccounting principles andprocedures
  • Communicate with internal andexternal stakeholders regarding financialmatters
  • Ensure compliance with financialregulations and policies
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inAccounting Finance or related field
  • Strongunderstanding of basic accountingprinciples
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel andaccounting software
  • Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills
  • Strong attention todetail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage time andprioritize tasks effectively
  • Good interpersonaland communication skills
  • Ability to workcollaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledgeof financial regulations and compliancestandards
  • Ability to maintain confidentialityof financial information
  • Willingness to learnand adapt to new challenges
  • Strongorganizational and multitaskingabilities
  • Relevant internship or workexperience is a plus
  • CPA certification orprogress towards certification isdesirable
  • Familiarity with financial analysistechniques
