Key MT, SPO & KRO visit as per defined PJP
Carry out OJT
People Engagement –TLs & Promoter incentive earning
Promoter R & R program – (PGS segmentation)
Promoter monthly attrition – Execute agreed actions
Gate Meeting – Tgt vs Ach% | HSW || R & R
Shopper Activation – Drive shoppers activation as per design shared by corp/circle Liaising with zonal team – Part of zonal reviews on performance & support soughtCore Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
