At Studio+91 at the Microsoft India Development Center (MSIDC), we work together across a multitude of disciplines: Design, Research and Design Engineering. Our diverse teams are constantly iterating, solving problems and collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers to craft meaningful and relevant product experiences. Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 4+ years of experience working in product or service designOR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field AND 5+ years of experience working in product or service designOR equivalent experience (e.g., experience using design thinking to solve problems). Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions on time and within budget. Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Communication and collaboration skills. Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction,OR related field AND 6+ years of experience working in productOR service designOR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction,OR related field AND 8+ years of experience working in productOR service design 8+ years of experience in design, with at least 5 years of experience leading design teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the design team to create high-quality designs that meet user needs and business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions are integrated into the product development process. Ensure design solutions are accessible and inclusive for all users. Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
