Seeking a dynamic SharePoint Collaboration Engineer to join our global Enterprise SharePoint team supporting the latest Microsoft technologies including SharePoint; OneDrive; Power BI; as well as other Office 365 capabilities at Ameriprise. 

Your role will provide support and guidance for our internal users working collaboratively with them to develop, implement, and support their solutions. In addition, your role will analyze business problems, develop strategies and solutions leveraging current and new technologies, followed by the implementation of the designed solution.

Key responsibilities:

Provide direction and support to the team, thereby help support the company’s business strategy. Ensure support is provided to the business according to the defined SLAs. Work with business teams to gain strong understanding of key business objectives. Help identify and automate repetitive manual tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of the application operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong foundational knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform including SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory Experience with Microsoft 365 development utilizing PowerApps, Flow, Power BI, Teams and SharePoint Online Experienced with:Office 365 Apps (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Planner, Forms etc.)SharePoint site automationSharePoint social capabilitiesEnterprise SearchAzure Services and associated configurationsProficiency with PowerShell scripting in a SharePoint environment Strong customer service orientation. Proven experience creating, championing, and maintaining processes, procedures, and policies. Experience working in the financial services industry or other similar, highly regulated environment. Experience operating within an ITIL framework. Ability to work in 24x5 shift support model and working outside of normal business hours to provide after hours or "On-Call" support when necessary to solve high profile incidents/problems.

Technical Certifications (desirable):

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate

Shift Timings:

Candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts given below:

2 PM to 10:30 PM IST and 4:45 PM to 1:15 AM IST
