Job Overview
Ray Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control - Sr. Executive to join our team. As a Quality Control - Sr. Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our pharmaceutical products. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Hubballi, Karnataka, India, and the employment type is full-time.
Qualifications and Skills
- Msc/Bsc/Mpharma/Bpharma, Chemistry, or a related field
- 4 to 7 years of experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical industry
- Thorough knowledge of pharmaceutical quality control systems and procedures
- Familiarity with WHO and international cGMP guidelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using quality control testing equipment and software
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with established standards and specifications
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify product quality issues and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with the production and technical teams to investigate and resolve quality-related problems
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records of quality control tests and inspections
- Stay updated with industry regulations and quality control trends to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Train and mentor junior quality control staff
- Assist in the development and optimization of quality control processes and systems
