Study of processes and identifying area of opportunity for technological adoption or up gradation in the plant, 
* Study of new technology and its benefit over existing system, cost benefit analysis and life cycle costing of technology and collection of performance feedback from group units and other competitors,

Ensure the compliance of all statutory requirements.
