CBG:State Head

The State Head is responsible for driving growth in the MEG business in designated geographical area by working with his team of RMs. The State Head – MEG ensures overall growth is achieved across key parameters without compromising on the quality of the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Growing the MEG business for the geographical area across key metrics by working with RMs Maintaining and deepening the relationship with asset customers Ensuring new quality customers are on boarded, while maintaining the health of the existing portfolio Monitoring the portfolio and ensuring resolution of stressed portfolio by working with the Collections Team Participating in the Credit Committee discussions as a part of the sanctioning process Driving, training and motivating the team to achieve growth across key metrics Driving implementation and adoption of business initiatives Ensuring all activities comply with Audit and Risk guidelines

Graduates/post graduates with a hands-on experience of Commercial Banking and managing teams
