Roleand Responsibilities:As anAirport Staff in Ground Handling you will play a pivotal role indelivering topnotch customer service to passengers. Yourresponsibilities will include assisting with checkin proceduresbaggage handling and boarding processes. You will ensure the safetyand security of passengers by adhering to airport regulations andprocedures. Additionally you will address passenger inquiries andconcerns handle baggage and cargo transportation and collaboratewith ground staff and flight crews for seamless operations. Yourrole will also involve accommodating passengers with disabilitiesor special needs maintaining airport facilities cleanlinessimplementing emergency procedures and staying updated with airlinepolicies and industrytrends.
CandidateQualifications:We are lookingfor individuals with a minimum educational qualification of 102 orequivalent. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills areessential along with a customer serviceoriented approach and afriendly demeanor. The role requires the ability to work in afastpaced environment willingness to work in shifts basic computerskills physical fitness and the capability to lift heavy objects.Knowledge of emergency response procedures and first aid isconsideredadvantageous.
