Overview:The SAP PS(Project System) plays a critical role in our organization byoverseeing the planning execution and tracking of projects withinthe SAP environment. This role is essential in ensuring thatproject management processes align with business objectives anddeliverables while also maintaining the integrity of the SAP PSmodule.KeyResponsibilities:

• Lead and manage theimplementation of SAP PS module including gathering businessrequirements configuration and integration with other SAPmodules.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto ensure successful project planning resource allocation and costcontrol within the SAP PS environment.
• Provideexpertise in project systems structures and methodologies tosupport business operations and projectexecution.
• Develop and maintain projectdocumentation including project plans schedules and milestonetracking within SAP PS.
• Support end users byproviding training troubleshooting and resolving issues related toSAP PS module.
• Facilitate continuousimprovement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance thefunctionality of SAP PS module.
• Participate inproject reviews audits and quality assurance activities to ensurecompliance and adherence to project managementstandards.
• Conduct regular system testingperformance monitoring and enhancements to improve SAP PSfunctionality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders tounderstand business needs and translate them into SAP PS solutionsand configurations.
• Effectively communicateproject status risks and issues to relevant stakeholders andprovide recommendations for resolution.
• Stayupdated with SAP PS module updates new releases and industry bestpractices to ensure the organizations SAP system remains currentand efficient.

RequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree inInformation Technology Computer Science Business or a relatedfield.
• Proven experience in SAP Project System(PS) implementation configuration andsupport.
• Strong understanding of projectmanagement principles andmethodologies.
• Experience in integration of SAPPS with other SAP modules (e.g. SAP SD MMFI/CO).
• Proficiency in SAP PS structuresproject planning budgeting and resourcemanagement.
• Ability to create and maintainproject documentation such as WBS networks and milestonebilling.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate withstakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analyticaland problemsolving abilities with a detailorientedapproach.
• Project Management Professional (PMP)or SAP certification is a plus.
• Experience inSAP S/4HANA project implementations isdesirable.
