What will your essential responsibilities include?

The Associate, TSI will bring a hands-on approach to execution of the below responsibilities, with a specific focus on our Global Technology and Operations businesses:

Candidate will be instrumental in the delivery of Global Talent Sourcing and Intelligence deliverables, including, but not limited to:Competitor and market research and intelligenceProactive market mappingPreliminary candidate identificationCollaboration with Global TA and HR teams on search strategyTalent deep dives on growth areas Business insights to fuel future needs definition Labor market expertise to define emerging skills Proactive potential external candidate development, engagement, and pipelining Provide an analysis of company and industry information from a range of sources and identifies executives in target companies and positions on an ongoing, proactive basis Offer specialized attention and detailed engagement to all early sourcing initiatives, allowing TA teams to focus solely on recruitment Identify and prioritize target companies through market research Develop specialist knowledge and insights into the trends, strategies and characteristics of the insurance/reinsurance sector and its leaders with special focus on the specific functions (pilot likely to include several key areas of Global Technology, Data and Analytics, Risk and Finance) Participate on hiring intake calls with Global HR and Business leaders

You will report to the Global Head, Talent Sourcing & Intelligence.

We’re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data/Analytics or other related disciplines Proven experience in providing information technology, data and/or technology specific global research, talent sourcing, knowledge and trend operations/functions Understanding of various sourcing tools and research methodologies Depth of experience and passion for market research and intelligence Experience in the global financial services or insurance industries is ideal Experience communicating with and influencing senior leadership as well as framing discussions to gain valuable feedback and experience across a multitude of diverse stakeholders
