Supply Chain, Operations and Digitalization CoE leader has mandate and responsibility for developing, leading, and implementing Center of Excellence Operations & Functional Excellence and while creating significant value into Emerson business within the Isolation Valves (ISV) Portfolio. 

You will work closely with Global Functional and Business Leaders from different functions to identify value creation opportunities.

You will then work with a talented team of World area Plant managers, Supply Chain managers, Product Supply Chain, Supplier Development and Quality leaders for creating and deploying innovative world class solutions to unlock significant value for the business.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Build strong performing and sustainable Center of Excellence team to add value into Emerson business.

• Drive Center of Excellence Growth, Build Organizational Capability & Capacity and Operational Excellence.

• Focus on People – Process – Execution – Technology, to make the Best in Class & competitive Center of Excellence

• Develop robust strategies, define roadmaps, and implement the same to enhance CoE growth and Operational Excellence

• Define Service level agreements and Business continuity plans for sustainable operating model.

• Define overall process governance and targets for CoE to provide the Trust & Confidence to Global Operations

• Develop Continuous Improvement & Employee Engagement Culture to make ‘Best Workplace’ for people.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree

Leading Center of Excellence experience Functions mainly, 

Supply Chain / Purchase

Data Analytics

Robotics Process Automation / Intelligent Automation

Experience in utilizing various digitalization tools

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Professional certifications such as Certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM), Certified Purchasing Manager (, and Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) strongly preferred.

Master's In Business Administration.
