Responsibilities:

StudentGuidance:

Conduct individual andgroup counseling sessions with students to understand theiracademic aspirations career goals andpreferences.

Provide personalizedadvice on suitable courses universities and countries based on thestudents profile andinterests.

ApplicationAssistance:

Assist students inpreparing and submitting accurate and complete applications tooverseas universities and colleges.

Guide students through the application requirements includingessays recommendation letters and standardized testscores.

InformationDissemination:

Stay updated oneducational trends admission criteria scholarship opportunities andvisa requirements for variouscountries.

Share relevant informationwith students ensuring they have a clear understanding of theiroptions.

ProfileEvaluation:

Evaluate studentsacademic records test scores and extracurricular activities toassess their eligibility for differentprograms.

Identify areas forimprovement and recommend strategies to enhance theirapplication.

FinancialPlanning:

Advise students and theirfamilies on estimated tuition costs living expenses and availablescholarships or financial aidoptions.

Help students create abudget and financial plan for their overseaseducation.

VisaSupport:

Assist students in preparingthe necessary documentation for visaapplications.

Explain visarequirements and interview processes and support students inacquiring the requireddocuments.

PreDepartureOrientation:

Conduct predeparturesessions to educate students about the cultural academic andpractical aspects of living and studyingabroad.

RelationshipManagement:

Build and maintainrelationships with universities colleges and educationalinstitutions to stay informed about theirofferings.

Collaborate withuniversity representatives to streamline the application andadmission process.

RecordKeeping:

Maintain accurate records ofstudent interactions counseling sessions and applicationprogress.

Requirements

Experience:

Previous experience in education counseling or related roles ispreferred.

Familiarity with differentstudy destinations and university systems isadvantageous.

Minimum bachelor sdegree

Strong knowledgeof international education systems admission processes and studydestinations.

Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively withstudents parents and universityrepresentatives.
