Payroll Specialist

1)What you will do?
•Accurate and timely processing of payroll in accordance with local statutory requirements and regulations
•Executing end to end payroll processes, managing the complete cycle for an outsourced payroll solution
•Working closely with payroll service provider, ensuring best in class service delivery and controls on payroll processing
•Prepare Payroll master data inputs to the payroll service provider, ensuring accurate handling of data.
•Process new hires and leavers payroll accurately in accordance with state rules and laws.
•Provide necessary support and cross coverage to the other Payroll Specialists in the Regional Payroll Team, on overall team responsibilities.
•Preparation of Payroll Costing report to respective ledger controller.
•Respond grievances of employees related to all areas of payroll
•Handle Income tax declaration and full and final settlements timely and accurately.
•Review and improve payroll policies and procedures
•Other duties as assigned
•Acts as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s).
•Supports management with the analysis, interpretation, and application of complex information, contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals.
•Supports or leads projects by applying area of expertise.

2)You will be a great fit if you
•8+ years of India Payroll experience. SAP payroll module knowledge would be added advantage.
•Ability to work efficiently and independently, Collaborative to work with team.
•Should be capable in doing multitasking and quick in doing assigned activities.
•Having an eye on details and able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment.
•Should be good in Microsoft Office. Especially in Excel, Word and Power-point.
