Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the operations of our Nexus Jobs centre in Guwahati, Assam, India. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the centre and delivering exceptional service to our clients and candidates. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Centre Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and candidates.
- Knowledge of the local job market and recruitment industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Nexus Jobs centre in Guwahati.
- Coordinate and supervise the recruitment and placement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or complaints.
- Supervise and train centre staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Monitor and analyze centre performance, including key metrics, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and achieve targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and business development initiatives.
- Prepare reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
