Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to oversee the operations of our Nexus Jobs centre in Guwahati, Assam, India. As a Centre Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the centre and delivering exceptional service to our clients and candidates. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a Centre Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Knowledge of the local job market and recruitment industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Nexus Jobs centre in Guwahati.
  • Coordinate and supervise the recruitment and placement activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or complaints.
  • Supervise and train centre staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze centre performance, including key metrics, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and achieve targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
