  • Tokeep record ofincoming/outgoing dakfiles/registers etc. to keepfiling upto date to fix appointments to arrangemeetings and collect information desired by theOfficer to dealin a tactfulmanner withvisitors andto attendtelephone callswithcourtesy
  • Tomaintain confidentialityand secrecyPrepare databaseofworks
  • Totype andtake dictation inshorthand andto transcribeit accurately
  • Tomaintain aproper orderof thepapers requiredto be dealtwith bytheofficer
  • Preparedatabase of works goods and services as also suppliers/vendors aswell as maintenanceagencies withcompleteinformation.
  • Assistin dayto dayoffice workincluding worksof theconcerningsection ofDDSSP.
  • Anyother jobthat maybe assigned tohim/her fromtime totime bythe rel ortingofficer.
