Weare looking for a Site Supervisor to join our construction team.The ideal candidate will have 13 years of experience in theconstruction industry and will be responsible for overseeing andcoordinating the daytoday operations at constructionsites.

Responsibilities:
.Supervise and manage construction activitiesonsite
. Ensure that work iscarried out according to the project schedule andspecifications
. Coordinate withcontractors subcontractors and other constructionprofessionals
. Monitor andenforce compliance with safety regulations and qualitystandards
. Keep accurate recordsof construction progress and materialsused
. Communicate effectivelywith the project manager and other teammembers

Requirements:
13 years of experience in the constructionindustry
Strong knowledge ofconstruction processes andtechniques
Excellentcommunication and leadershipskills
Ability to read andinterpret blueprints and constructionplans
Knowledge of safetyregulations and quality standards
Strong organizational and time managementskills
Diploma or degree inconstruction management or related field ispreferred

Provenability in lead generation and prospect management. Strongnegotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.Excellent communication and presentation skills. Demonstratedability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining sharp attentionto detail. Proficiency in managing the entire sales cycle fromstart to finish. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced anddynamic environment.
