CandidateResponsibilities:1. This position requiresto take charge of the completearchitectureplotting and master planning ofassigned projects and handover thesame ingood quality and time as per schedule.2.Review base data and provide comments for feasibility of theprojectsfrom the land acquisitionteam.3. Prepare testfits for landacquisition team as and when requested4.Prepare feasibility study with guidance fromTD5. Understand space program from salesteam and provide feedbackbasis past projectexperience or standardized documents6.Understand project timelines from project manager and archlead7. Schedule kickoff meetings with allconsultants at the beginning of theprojectonce all are appointed.8. Review drawingsand all deliverables from consultants atvariousstages of the project. Providefeedback and comments9. Assist TD andExternal Architects and consultants withplanningdesigning and implementation of theassigned project as perISPRAVA designrequirements and protocols10. Review salesdrawings and area Plines11. Identify clientneeds and put together feasibility reports anddesignproposals12.Develop ideas keeping in mind clients needs buildings usageandenvironmentalimpact13. Ensure internal signoffs as perdesign process flow14. Work on drawingsinhouse as and when it is requiredunderguidance ofTD15. Prepare presentations for internalstakeholders as and when requiredunderguidance of TD16. Provide all standardizeddata and documents to therelevantconsultants17.Schedule weekly project review meetings with all POD teams totrackthe progress as per project timelines.Escalate delays to projectmanager ifany18. Coordinate with our design partnersdesign developmentconstruction documentationcontract administration and delivery oftheproject19. Work closely with the externalMEP engineers Interior DesignersLandscapeArchitects to complete the design of Isprava Projectsasand whenrequired.20. Work with procurement team toprovide specification with guidancefrom archlead21. Ensure that all works are carriedout to specific Indian Standards andtheIndia Building Code NBC guidelines and applicableregulations22. Participate in giving adviceand alternative solutions to theconstructionteam as and when required with guidance fromTD23. Prepare MOM of all TDmeetings24. Adhere to the design processflow identified in this presentationinsubsequentslides25. Visit sites on a periodic basis toensure as per design.Provide siteinstructions and document the same in siteinstructionsbook.26.Visit projects before handover for snagging and provideobservationsand snags as per internalprocesses

  • B Arch isMust
  • Fluency in english language (Spoken andWritten) is must
  • Good PPT presentation skillsis a must
  • Sketch Up good knowledge and hands onexperience is a must
  • Minimum 6 years ofexperience is a must out of which minimum 4 years is required fromconsultancy side.
  • All 6 years of experience onconsultancy side is a plus
  • Masters inArchitecture or urban planning is plus
  • USGBC isplus
  • Site experience is aplus
  • Revit knowledge isplus
