Job Summary

As a Business Analyst within the Enterprise Reporting and Data Management (ERDM) team, you will be part of the team responsible for the End to End Reporting Support model that includes business engagement, with questions relating to the system including actuals, forecasts, budgets, strategic plans, and other reported data. Troubleshoot and resolve simple to highly complex technical issues related to Essbase and SQL stored procedures across reporting tools (OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI). 
Ability to understand business process/system issues and to work with different teams to provide solutions to internal users is essential to your success in this role. 

Job Requirements

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for Hyperion, Power BI, OR Tableau.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts, right from understanding the source data to the transformation that happens in the data warehouse to support Analytics
• Understanding of Sales and Finance processes to enable key reporting across all data domains
• Support the FP&A team through analysis needed for Annual budgeting, Forecasting, leveraging Hyperion Planning and Essbase

Education

• A Bachelor’s degree is required
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in Finance reporting
• 3-5 years of development experience in the below:
o Hyperion Planning /Essbase
o Hyperion Financial Management / Data Relationship Manager
• Experience in financial concepts and reporting
• Strong oral and written communication skills; including process documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, task management, and organizational skills
